Customer policy

1.1 The online store Nina DoShe  sells original copyright paintings, copyright silk products, printed materials related to her collections and exhibitions, as well as reproductions and souvenirs.

1.2 When purchasing from the online store of the Nina DoShe, the terms of this agreement, the price list for products of the online store.

The terms of the order and the current price list of the goods of the online store can be found on the main page of the online store of the Nina DoShe .

2.1 The client selects the desired goods and indicates the quantity of goods, payment methods and delivery. Before sending the final order, the customer can review and modify the order. Then the customer confirms the order by paying and clicking the “Return to the seller” button, otherwise the order will not be activated. After confirming the payment, the client will receive a message to his email address with the confirmation of the order. Orders can be submitted in Russian or English.

3.1. The ordered goods are delivered to the client from the Nina Doshe online store in accordance with the delivery method chosen by the client: by regular mail, through the Omniva parcel machine

3.2. The method of delivery of goods is selected by the customer when filling out the order form. On the order form, the client can see a fixed price list for delivery.

3.3 Methods of product delivery:

3.3.1 Parcel machine Omniva

The ordered goods are delivered to the customer through the Omniva parcel machine within three to five business days from the receipt of the order confirmation to the customer’s email address (excluding reproductions).

Ordered reproductions are delivered to the customer through the Omniva parcel machine within seven calendar days (with the exception of special orders for which the completion time and the appropriate delivery method will be agreed separately with the customer).

Shipping costs: 4,50 €.

The client selects the nearest parcel machine from the list on the order form.

When the order arrives at the parcel machine, the client receives a notification via text message and email indicating the location of the parcel machine, opening time and personal door code. After entering the door code, the safe door will open and the customer will receive the ordered package. The order is sent to the parcel machine within seven calendar days from the date of sending the text message to the mobile phone and email address of the client. If the customer did not pick up the parcel from the car within seven calendar days, Omniva will return the parcel to the warehouse of the Nina Doshe online store. In this case, we will contact the customer to clarify the delivery method. If the online store Nina Doshe cannot contact the customer or an agreement cannot be reached, the order will be canceled. The amount paid for the order will be refunded to the customer’s bank account, except in cases of reproduction and special orders. Ordered reproductions and special orders cannot be canceled.

3.4 Delivery of goods outside the Republic of Estonia

The online store Nina Doshe offers the opportunity to send goods to countries outside the Republic of Estonia. To place an order in another country, please select a destination from the list of countries. If the country you need is not in the list of countries where we deliver the goods, contact us through ninadoshe@gmail.com. Depending on the country, the package must be delivered within 7-30 business days (excluding reproductions). Ordered reproductions arrive at your desired destination within 10–38 business days (excluding special orders for which the completion time and appropriate delivery method will be agreed separately with the customer).

3.5 The product must be delivered to the buyer safe and sound in unopened packaging. If the product was damaged during transportation, immediately inform us at ninadoshe@gmail.com.

4.1 The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods

4.2 To cancel an order, the customer must send a written cancellation request to ninadoshe@gmail.com. The application for cancellation should contain the order number, name and surname of the client, the bank account number of the client and the name of the account holder.

4.3 If the customer cancels the order, he or she must return the unused and undamaged products immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of sending the cancellation request.

4.3.3 Parcels delivered to an Omniva parcel machine can be returned in their original packaging within 14 calendar days through the same machine using the return code in a notification or email.

4.4 Nina DoShe Online Store returns the amount paid for returned goods and the shipping fee in an amount equal to the amount paid by the buyer, but not more than 4.50 euros. If the customer returns the goods only partially, the delivery fee will not be compensated. Nina Doshe Online Store will refund within 3-14 calendar days after the returned product arrives at the Nina Doshe Online Store office. If the reason for the return is a lack of goods, we will refund the buyer the shipping cost.

4.5 If the ordered product was used or damaged, the Nina Doshe Online Store has the right to demand damages up to the sale price of the goods, depending on the reduction in the cost of the goods. The amount of compensation will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to the client.

4.6 If the order was damaged during transportation, please contact the Nina Doshe Online Store at ninadoshe@gmail.com.

4.7. The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to products ordered by the customer, as these products were manufactured in accordance with the personal characteristics of the customer. In case of complaints or questions, write to ninadoshe@gmail.com.

5.1 For the successful completion of the order, the client must enter the correct data in the order form: name and surname, home address, contact phone number and email address.

5.2 If the data provided by the client is incorrect or incomplete, the Nina Doshe online store will not be able to complete the order. In this case, and if possible, we will contact the customer about the order.

5.3 When placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms of use provided by the Nina Doshe online store.

6.1. Online store Nina Doshe has the right to change the terms of the agreement on the online store and modify or supplement the existing price list. All changes regarding the price list and terms of the contract will be published on the web page of the online store Nina Doche.

6.2 The online store Nina Doshe reserves the right to cancel the sale if the price list shows the wrong price due to a technical or other error.

6.3 The online store Nina Doshe is obliged to send the buyer correct and undamaged products. If a customer informs us of a defective product, the online store will replace it. A product with a manufacturing defect will be replaced if the defect already existed when the product was delivered to the buyer.
